If anyone would ask me which is my favourite food, well I can say that hummus is one of my favourites. I could eat it everyday and would not be enough.
I was sick of buying it from the store or from the restaurants and not finding the perfect one, so I've decided to do it by my own.
All you need:
- 400gr chickpeas
- 2-3tbsp of Tahini
- 4-5tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1tbsp of water
- salt
You can change the measures by your taste.
Add all the ingredients above into your mixer and mix it very well until smooth. Place it on a plate and pour a bit of olive oil and sprinkle some paprika and that's it, simple and easy, right?
