Brownie with mascarpone and orange

The best brownie I've ever tried. The taste of orange along with the soft chocolate brownie it makes it so delicious and  it's also super easy to prepare and you should try it!

Ingredients for the mascarpone cream:
  • 150g mascarpone
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tbls flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbls finely grated orange
  • 50ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Ingredients for the brownie:
  • 240ml milk
  • 170g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 90g cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsps vanilla
  • 245g flour
  • 60ml orange juice
  • a pinch of salt

You can use any tray you want. I used a round one with the diameter of 22". I wanted to look more like a cake.

First preheat the oven to 180°C and put baking paper in the tray.
For the mascarpone composition, in a bowl mix the sugar with mascarpone until creamy and then add  one by one the orange juice with the orange peel, vanilla, egg and flour and leave aside.

For the brownie mix the milk and the butter cut into pieces and put it on a pot on the fire until it melts. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and cocoa and then easy pour the warm milk and stir well. Then add the eggs, vanilla and the orange juice.

Pour the brownie into the tray and then add the mascarpone composition. With the tip of a knife make a pattern over the cake as you want.
Put the brownie into the oven for 35-40 minutes until the edges were strengthened. In the middle it must be creamy and after it cools completely it will be harden.
After it's done leave it in the oven to cool.
