The Golden Cupcake

Hot days deserves an all white outfit.

We've got some really hot days in Bucharest but this didn't stopped me to get outside and start shooting again after a really long break. 

I'm always searching for new places and cool backgrounds and I could say that the green ivy background is my favourite one.

It's raspberry season and time to make raspberry muffins 

Ingredients:

1cup  + 2tbsp flour

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

2 eggs

3/4  cup sugar

1/2 oil

1/2 buttermilk 

2 tsp vanilla extract

How to do:

First preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients first: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. 

In a small bowl add the buttermilk, oil and vanilla extract and mix. 

Add the wet ingredients  to the dry ingredients and mix well and then add raspberries. 

For the crumble, on a plate mix 3 tbsp flour with 30g butter and 1tbsp sugar and add it on top. 

Put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
